Hard to swallow!!
These are large and hard to swallow, wish I could find this that is easier to swallow!!

1500mg Magnesium in 3/4 tsp.
I am unable to swallow pills so I mix this in a cup of lemonade. It is flavorless and goes down better that way. Some people drinking in coffee but they recommend using cold liquid. It is part of an MD prescription.

Worked out well for my purpose; I put it in carbonated water, and shook it up… it dissolved over night (I don’t know if I needed to, but I repressurized the bottle with CO2 after adding it)
