I purchased ORG Original Lime Powder so that I can make my own Gluten-Free Chili Lime Chips with all natural ingredients. The powder is delicious - only one ingredient - Freeze Dried Lime Powder, 12 Calories per Teaspoon. The 8 oz package will last a long time, and is priced right! Very happy with this purchase!

Good but not great
I love this powder. You can tell it is real lime juice by the taste and smell. I only took off a star because you can tell these limes were put through a juicer, skin and all. Unfortunately the bitterness of the skins prevents you from using enough lime powder to get that fresh lime juice taste.
