Depends on what seller you are buying from. The really low priced ones are counterfeits. The ones from RHH Exchange are authentic.

There is no line through “forever” on actual stamps. Mine arrived in two days.

It looks like just something to avoid the forgery of the stamp, like those water marks on some images. I have the stamps and they don't have that line
