The steam cleaner is definitely worth the investment. It’s easy to use and works really well. My floors dried quickly. The only downside is that the dirty water reservoir needs to be emptied fairly often, even when it’s not completely full. Thankfully, the machine makes it clear when it’s time—it stops sucking up water and makes a different sound, so I always know when to empty it. Other than that, it does an amazing job—my floors look great, even with 5 cats and a dog in the house

Excellent professional quality in a small and economical package! I have hired professional cleaners for the past couple of years because I have very light colored berber carpet with a dog and a small child. This machine worked just as well as the professionals. I followed the directions on first use and was impressed that it took all of the stains out of my carpet. The carpet looks brand new again! I love how you can take everything apart and get it cleaned. The machine does not leave the carpet too wet and the room was "walk ready" in about 2 hours with a ceiling fan on. I would recommend to a friend and I would purchase again. The price of this machine was the same amount as hiring a professional one time! I love the small size of the machine and it fits neatly in the closet and is very lightweight. The only small complaint I have is the size of the dirty tank is quite small, but this is not a big deal. I was just surprised the first use how quickly it filled up. If you want some more onboard storage, go with the XL!

I recently got the Bissell and used antibacterial soap with it. It took me less than 30 minutes to clean a medium size carpet ! I love how efficient and easy it is to use. The price is great for the quality, and it’s a practical machine to have at home.It’s lightweight and easy to store, though a bit bulky. A slimmer design would be nice, but it’s not too heavy. The look is a bit rustic, like a large piece of equipment, but overall, it gets the job done well. Definitely a good buy!

Lighter and not as bulky as others I've had. The cord could be a lot longer. Seemed to do a good job and didn't leave the carpet soaked for days. It was around 8 pm when I got fine and around 6 am the next morning it was dry. Would have given it 5 stars if the tanks didn't make a mess when filling/emptying. Have to turn the clean water tank upside down once filled, otherwise the water will flow out..enough to make a mess...while getting the tank to the shampooer. The dirty water tank is messier than I'm used to when emptying. I just emptied it in the kichen sink vs in the bathroom. Not a big deal..will take some getting used to. It did not dispense too much soap, and picks up the water pretty well. It is pretty easy to clean up after use and, even though I vacuumed first, I was really surprised at the sound of clumped up lint that had gotten picked up. All in all, I am very happy with this shampooer after looking at several others, and this one with the good suction plus the extra accessories..hose, nozzles, samples...I would recommend this one. It can be used for carpet, furniture, car interiors, stair carpet...versatile item!

Incredible!!!!I bought a 5-year-old 2-story home with upstairs PILE CARPET & 20 steps up to second floor a year ago.3 Dogs & my 15-year-old mutt was dripping the occasional spot of blood on the carpet. I paid steamers big bucks 3 months ago & it looked as bad when they were done as when they started.So after listening to wife nag nag nag I went researching for a carpet cleaner.The reviews were good enough that I went for the ol' name brand Bissell.I did the dirty water bottle hack that someone else posted. Used a piece of Plastic & a wire tie, easy peasy & was worth it.I used the OXY large area Carpet concentrated cleaner & Chemical Guys lightning stain extractor avail from Amazon.The brown sludge that the Bissell extracted was nasty & seeing was believing!!!The long hose & scrub nozzle for the stairs was the perfect included item!No more stains & upstairs smelled awesomely fresh & clean.I highly recommend & worth every penny!!!
