I take a teaspoon a day, and have been doing so for a few months now.Having previously researched the benefits of Black Seed oil, I've now made it part of my daily routine... It's a really great product, and better still as it is completely organic. After time, you get to quite like the "distinctive" taste too!In summary, I highly recommend this product to everybody.

It certainly is black seed oil in a capsule but the listing says "2000mg per serving" which is misleading!You don't put the serving "mg" of a tablet or a capsule!The listing should be changed because I bought it as 120 capsules but considering you have to take two tablets together means it's actually 60 capsules because each capsule has 1000mg in it not 2000mg.Not a great value for my money to be honestForm of the capsules are well enough and easy to swallow

Unfortunately this didn't do nothing for me, i gave it a couple of weeks and didn't notice any difference during or after i stopped taking it. This might just be my metabolism and not the product (amoxicillin doesn't work very well on me) so i wont give it a bad review.

Very easy to use capsules and I think i already feel the effects after using it 2 weeks.
