Since then, these capsules have become a non-negotiable part of my daily health regimen.Each capsule contains 10 billion CFUs of probiotics, a potent dose to help maintain a balanced gut microbiota. The link between gut and brain health, often referred to as the gut-brain axis, plays a critical role in both emotional and cognitive functions. By stabilizing the gut flora, these probiotics have helped me feel more balanced and mentally clear.Beyond mental health, these capsules have also enhanced my digestive health and bolstered my immune system. A healthy gut contributes to improved digestion and nutrient absorption, which in turn supports immune function. The difference in how my body responds to dietary changes and seasonal threats is noticeable.

These probiotics came in a plastic bottle with a plastic lid. Both were plastic shrink-wrapped. Inside, there was a further protective seal, plus a ball of cotton wool padding, and a desiccating pouch. The bottle is slightly over half full (a smaller bottle would have meant less plastic & no need for the cotton wool padding). Despite this over-packing (sorry, one star deducted, partly for this), the capsules contain a good mix of probiotics. They are averaged size, had no obvious smell or taste, and were easy to swallow with water. The bottle contains 60 capsules but the suggested dose is 2 each day, so the bottle will last 30 days. Do factor in how many you will take each day into the cost for you as, at the time of reviewing, I feel they are a bit on the expensive side, especially for a 30 day supply.
