Nice superb quality and leak proof

Dear Customer Support Team,I recently purchased two Pigeon Thermocups, but unfortunately, both have a design flaw. The bottom part is of good quality, but the upper lid is made of fragile plastic. During my very first use, one of the lids cracked while opening to sip my coffee. Due to trekking and traveling in areas with no network, I couldn’t report this issue within the given timeframe. I hope you understand my situation and consider replacing both thermocups. Your support in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. Looking forward to your response.

Keeps hot only for couple of hours or so. Disappointed 😞. Look wise good.Leakproof. Straw extremely unnecessary. With a little more extra money go for borosil.

Product thermal levels are good as it keep cool for a long time but products upper skin is peeling of according to the price.... Maximum price should not be more than 400
