Q: Are these hearts of palm suppose to be soft, mushy or they suppose to be firm? Thank you!

They are supposed to be mushy enough to be able to shred with a fork like crab meat and solid enough to cut into round shape disks like scallops! They are usually all the same-ish size but you'll get a few that are bigger or smaller. I named 2 seafood names for reference but I do use then as imitation seafood and they are great! Love and Light!
