Fantastic pad for half the price of name brands. Bought for martial arts training. Kicking, punching. Holds up really well.Comes vacuum sealed and you stuff the inner core into the cover. Cut the seal and work QUICKLY. It expands fast and becomes hard to manage.

I got this for Taekwondo kicks and punches. I opened it up n left unzipped for 3 days and wow it got big! I'd say a little bigger than stated over 4 inches. Me and my partner use this on the regular and it's tough!!! Glad I chose this!
