Q: It says to keep these refrigerated. Do they ship with cool pack?

No they do not ship with a cold pack. The directions on the box state "Refrigerate before use", and the reason you refrigerate them is to solidify the cocoa butter etc for easy insertion. They do not require refrigeration to prevent spoilage, only for ease of use.

Just insert it as a tampon. No applicator.

The ingredients should be on the box at Amazon. I know it has Boric Acid and lactobacillus Acidophilus which is recommended by some Natural or Herbal Doctors. Among other ingredients. I do not know when this product was created. Their number is 1-800-572-4712 for questions or comments. Hope this helps.

Hello, this product does not NEED to be stored in the fridge - although due to the cocoa butter base (which melts easily above 70 degrees) it might need to be 'firmed up' in the fridge for 10-15 minutes before you unwrap the suppository. It CAN be stored in the fridge, but it depends on the temperature where you live. People who live in warm climes tend to keep their product in the fridge. Here in the Pacific NW, we tend not to. As for the people reporting 'bad' product - we aren't entirely sure why this happens sometimes. It might be these select instances where they might be receiving the end of a batch and the herbs are 'falling' to the tip of the suppository. We do random batch testing to try to determine how frequent this is happening and what we have found is, not very often at all. Every time we test for this, we are not finding it.
