Good flavor
Good flavor but watery consistency which wasn’t what I was hoping for. It’s good for salad dressings but wasn’t what i was looking for in this instance.

Best tasting balsamic anywhere!
I am addicted to this balsamic. For me this is the best anywhere. I have tried two others from O company and they are also good but this is unbelievably good.

Damaged bottle
Frustrating because - Unable to get refund or replacement. Damaged bottle with spillage

The most sour Balsamic vinegar I've ever tasted
I really wanted to like O Oak Aged Balsamic Vinegar. It's made in California where it is subject to strict limits on lead contamination, and I like O Organic Olive Oil.I have used over half dozen different balsamic vinegars in the last 6 months. There are definitely differences between them, but this product was very sour and sharp. I tried boiling down to a reduction to see if that would help, but it was no use. I ended up pouring it down the drain. I hope this is just a one-off for them. If not, they really need to make some changes.
