Lightweight design , easy to use and no leakage . And no noise. And easy and safe for my kids to use

Lightweight. Performs as expected.
Hot is hot, cold is cool. I have been happy with the results. I am not sure the cold water reservoir is sufficient for frequent use. I am an empty nester and it is adequate for me, but when filling a large bottle after a quart the water is much less cool. If I had children using it a lot, I might try to find one that can provide more cold water immediately. But, for a single person or an average couple, this is probably more than adequate.

Top of basin came out.
It started off great and is still working like it's supposed to. However, when I took off the first empty 5-gallon cannister, the basin that it sits in came off with it. It has made it very difficult to trade out empty to full. Once I do get the cannister switched, it works just fine. I hope it keeps doing so.

Game changer!
This super easy water filtration system is perfect for helping us save on water costs! The price of the unit itself is very reasonable! We typically use Poland spring water because we like the taste and quality but this system is pretty universal! It is sleek and fits great in a corner! The pump and filtration system is pretty quiet and the quality is great as there is no dripping or leaking happening! We have been using it nonstop for 2 months now and look forward to a lot more uses out of it!

Leaks and No Customer Service
The media could not be loaded. The company never responded to my email. It's been 10 days.I purchased this water dispenser back on August 11, 2024. It was working very well until today, November 12, 2024. I kept hearing the water bottle kept bubbling which I only hear when the bottle is being emptied to fill the reservoir inside the machine. As I approached the machine I noticed a puddle of water on the floor and the cold water dispenser was leaking and dripping. I tried cleaning it, removing the water bottle, emptying it but nothing worked. As of now it is not able to be used. I believe I'm past the 90 day guarantee but I have contacted MegaChef in hopes that they can help me.I was happy with this product, other than the fact that the cold water is only slightly colder than room temperature. The hot water comes out very hot, which i like. Other than that it's nice and easy to use. Seems to hold and keep at least 4 cups of water cold or hot.

Lovin' It
I love this water cooler. It is the perfect size for the corner of the kitchen. Being a top loader, it makes less noise than my previous cooler. Cold temperature is good. I also like that the dispenser levers work so smoothly. it is very convenient that I can fill my glass with only one hand and don't have to push a button.

WATER IS NOT CHILL AT ALL
Just got the machine yesterday, easy to install but after 24 hrs, cold water is still just litter cooler then the room temperature NOT CHILL AT ALL.
