fit well and seem to do the job. makes it difficult to see some colours (especially yellows) on computer screens and TV. the constant orange effect takes a bit of getting used to but it depends on how dedicated you are to blocking out blue light

They clip easily on to my glasses and really help with glare as I use the computer all day.

I've tested them for a week. I sleep poorly, not feeling sleep until after midnight at least. I'm no sleepier or sleepy any earlier than before.My eyes don't feel any better either.If there are any improvements it's so tiny I can't really tell they are there.On the plus they are comfortable to wear and although my screen looks very orange I suppose that's what makes it work, supposedly.I decided on these due to reasonably favourable reviews and not wanting to skimp on quality only to be disappointed. These aren't cheap, yet no significant change for me.I'm so glad my teen stopped me from ordering a 2nd pair for him at the time of purchase.Edit: I do have to add that the customer service was amazing. A rare thing these days.

UPDATE: The suppliers kindly reached out to me and offered me a pair of their lesser tinted glasses to try. Whilst they only block 65% of blue light they should be less of a colour changer. I will report back when I have a chance to try them.UPDATE 2: I have now tried the yellow-tinted pair they very kindly sent me FOC. Yes, I do find them more useable, but I am still not keen on having a tint added to my vision! Not a fault of the product at all, they are very good. I could use them for screen work using Word, email etc. where colour is not important, but not for watching video content.That's just my preference, it seems I need to find clear glasses for blocking blue light (if such a thing exists). These are orange.Somehow I interpreted the product description as meaning that you got different types of lenses, one set being orange. This is not so, the product is orange. My bad.Now, it may be that these orange lenses are effective at blocking blue light, possibly better than clear versions, but not surprisingly they make everything look orange!I paid nearly £3K for my laptop with it's superb 1100 nit LED HDR screen with Dolby Vision. It displays colours as near to perfect as I can tell so why would I want to use it wearing these that change every colour to a different one!Not for me then, maybe other people won't be bothered by orange tinting everything though.That major gripe aside I have to say they are very lightweight, which is good I guess as they don't add much weight to your glasses. They clip on okay and flip up and down easily.They come with a soft case and a cleaning cloth.Okay, but not for me.

Terrible product, feels so uncomfortable to use, and in no way reduces headaches.
