The taste is very good hot or cold. I’ve tried it with milk & just a little Italian sweet cream coffee creamer which really gave a frothy texture…second time I went with the hot water per directions and was still good. It did do the appetite suppressant I wasn’t snacking thru the night and my sleep pattern was slightly improved. Now waiting to see the weight loss but after the second night I didn’t wake with the bloated stomach syndrome - so this is winner for me at the moment.

This product tastes good for a nighttime latte. It helps to relax you as well as put you to sleep. However, it doesn’t help you to loose any kind of weight. (At least not for me or my husband) 🤷🏻‍♀️

I do love this coffee, drinking them by 9pm and knock me out instantly. Nothing to worry about a sleep over somewhere because you can take the packets with you.
