Just keep in mind that it may not be ideal if you have a beard.

I was sceptical at first after seeing all the reviews on TikTok saying it improved their sleep, their jawline, snoring everything. I have to admit I did mainly buy it for the aesthetic of having a chiselled jawline. Whilst I can’t say that has appeared (shock) I can say my sleep has improved hugely. I’m usually up and down all night going to the toilet and when I look at my Fitbit sleep report in the morning it shows how much I wake up. However after using these tapes for nearly a month now, I can see that once I’m asleep I stay asleep until my alarm goes off the next morning. I’m amazed!For people worried about breathing, the fabric is sturdy but not so thick you can’t breath through your mouth if needed.The tapes are sticky and easy to apply. I will say I am getting a patch of dry skin to the side of my mouth which I’m assuming is from the tape but I can take that if it means my sleep is better. Will be buying more asap and have recommended to anyone that will listen to me!

The adhesive on these tapes is far too strong. I appreciate they need to stay on but these are difficult to remove. When I first used them I was clean shaven, visible reddening of the skin was apparent after removal. I now have a beard and cannot use them at all. They stick so well to the beard it's like waxing when you remove them! I've literally had hairs stuck to the tape.I'll go back to using surgical tape. Cheaper and better.

Started well and do the job while on but stick a bit too well that after a few nights had to stop using them as they tore my lips apart when taking off. Personally will go for something lighter.

Whether it’s placebo or not, I thoroughly enjoy my sleeps a lot more since using mouth tape, I feel my breath is better, I sleep better, definitely.I have a beard, and it sticks very well, except a little too well.In the morning when it’s time to take my mouth take off, it rips hairs out of my moustache and under lip area, is genuinely very painful

After wrestling these off my lips and taking a layer of skin off in the process I was left with a sticky residue that was a nightmare to get off. Even after getting rid of the residue and applying primer my make up was not sitting where the tape had been. Won’t be using again.

Excellent product. Stays put all night but easy to remove in the morning
