This stuff is awesome! I felt my gum area was loose around one tooth. I panicked, researched, then bought all the stuff to up my oral game. I started oil pulling with Guru Nanda ( the one with vitamins in it), using WelDental xylitol mints (neutralizes Ph in mouth) & using this mouthwash.What an amazing difference.Now I know it says to only swish for 30 seconds. I swish for 5 minutes. This stuff is too expensive to spit right out 😂The bigger bottle is a way better deal, I’m about to purchase that size right now!

Non chemical mouth rinse with results. Leaves my mouth clean & tingling for about half hour after use. Highly highly recommended!

This is my second bottle. The first bottle last me a few days using the minimum for each gargle. The bottle is small and it is specified in the description. I had a terrible tooth ache and my gums were inflamed that I could only have soup and drink water. This happened during Friday after my dentist office was closed. I reached for something to help and thanks to some reviews I went for it and I am glad I did! It helped a lot, it took the few days but it carried me through this new week.I will continue using it even though it is pricey but it works! Better than getting something cheaper that doesn't work.As for the taste I can't comment as I can't taste it or smell it.

I have been having issues with gum recession for years. My dentist has expressed her concerns to me a few times. However, I had things come up that made me push my flossing off. I know. Trust me and I paid for it. However, I am back on track and have been for a while. I purchased this tonic after I started having gum pain and teeth sensitivity. After about 1 week of consistent use the inflammation was gone. My gums were more "pink". I no longer needed advil at night for the pulsing. My husband is now using this as well with good result. I have not yet seen the dentist for my 6 month cleaning and I will update this review after I hear what she has to say. But so far I am impressed.I will add if you are sensitive to very high powered mint this stuff can be intense. For the first couple of weeks I did dilute it with water. Lessening the amount of water I was using each time till I was no longer sensitive.
