Great quality affordable vitamin. I am very sensitive to supplements and I have no bad side effects from this one. Doesn’t cause any nausea or anything. Would definitely recommend. Also has l-methylfolate which is much better than folic acid.

This is one of the best vitamins I’ve tried. I feel more energized, I did start eating cleaner a few months ago before taking them. This was a game changer for me. I took them in the morning, I never had any side effects. The pills were easy to swallow. Well worth the money. I will be purchasing again.

The quality of these vitamins is impressive. My stomach doesn't bloat like the ones I took before. The capsule they come in appears to be made of fish fiber. I am very satisfied with the purchase. The only problem is that i can only buy one monthly.

I like that these contain iron and methylated B. I have autoimmune issues and was looking for a multivitamin supplement as I have several deficiencies. This supplements ingredients contain all of the essential vitamins that I need to obtain my goal.

Have just started taking these so I won't know if it will work I'll wait and see
