Pros -1) Fast and safe delivery. Absolutely no damages or scratches.2) Latest batch - AC was manufactured in Feb 20253) Build quality is real good, especially the ODU. Also, the ODU stand provided by installation agency is of Panasonic make.4) IDU is of big size and air flow is superb, true to the claim of 16-17 feet flow.5) AC chills the 150 sq ft. room in 10 mins that too in auto mode.6) To my surprise, the ODU is super silent, just opposite to what other people have commented for Panasonic AC ODU. I ran it in different modes but ODU noise level was never disturbing, not more than a small table fan.7) Remote is full featured though you need sometime to get used to it.8) Accessories in box - 10feet copper pipe (two set, one for gas inlet and one for gas outlet), IDU to ODU 2.5 sq. mm. 3 core wire. Note: Panasonic doesn't provide IDU to power outlet wire. You have to buy this either from the installer or from market. Installer will charge Rs.150/meter for 2.5 sq.mm 3 core wire and from outside market you will get it for 60-70 rupees.9) PM 0.1 Filter, warranty card, dust filters10) Installation was super quick. AC was delivered in the morning and within one hour, I got an installation message and a call from the local Panasonic team. Installer arrived at the given time and installed the AC as expected. They vacuumed the AC and answered all the questions I asked like - pressure checking, ampere checking, which wire to use, warranty etc. I must say that the installer was very well behaved and put extra effort in installing the ODU since there was very narrow space to lift the ODU. Also, he never pushed me to buy anything extra like drain pipe, electric wire, tape etc.Cons -1) Connecting this AC with Mirae app is a big pain especially if you have a 5Ghz Wi-fi connection. Seems this works only on 2.4Ghz connection. No tutorial or guide provided by Panasonic for troubleshooting the Mirae app connection.2) Panasonic installation agency didn't provide core drill to the installer due to which he has to struggle a lot in drilling a hole in the wall.Charges -1) Installation: Rs.1200 + GST2) ODU Stand (Panasonic make) - Rs.800 + GST3) Stabilizer - I used my existing stabilizer from old AC4) Used same wire from old ACTotal 2360

Delivered in 2 daysPanasonic provided Installation the very next day and it was quality service.Only thing to note in installation was they asked us to provide vacuum cleaner and we didn't have it, so it is to be seen if that has an impact.About the product. Cooling is pretty effective. It does not have a searingly chilly wind but is adequate and blowing power is quite good. This is the only reason i deducted 1 star.Also side note connects to wifi easily with mirai app. No problem with 5ghz wifi.Very Happy with purchase right now. Shoutout to Grapevine her video helped me with my decision.

I purchased 1.5 Ton 2025 Model 5 star AC. And my Room size is 141. It takes 10 Minutes to cool down the room @ 24 degree.Well outdoor unit fan sound like a stand fan. Not much noise. Indoor unit fan make little noise if you use it @ full speed, but if you use it at medium it's perfect.

This review is based on my experience with this AC.Ordered for location in Mohali.Day 1: Post Delivery, received call for installation on same evening. Installation scheduled for Day 2.Day 2: installation could not be done as technician got late.Day 3: Installation started, Technician discovers the Outdoor unit Valve has a crack through which gas is leaking heavily. Installation stopped, Technician asks to raise replacement request with Amazon. Raised request with Amazon, they promise to schedule another technician visit from Panasonic to inspect the AC with a TAT of 72 hours. I wait for 3 hours, no job id received. I call Panasonic customer care directly. I speak with their agent, agent directs me to a whatsapp chat to log request. The whatsapp chat does not work - its frustrating to keep waiting. I call the customer care again. Luckily the wait time was not high. This time my complaint is logged. Got a call from technician within half an hour. The Technician promises a TAT of 2 days to propose a solution. I insist for a quick resolution. He promises to revert same day with an answer. No further communication from Panasonic today.Not happy as of now, as after spending nearly 45K and picturing myself enjoying cool breeze in 2 days time, I am left with half installed AC and still bearing the discomfort of increasing temperature.I will update/edit my review as we go forward. Curious to see how proactively Panasonic service resolves the issue.Edit1:Day4: Got a call from Panasonic - different person: same question - what is the issue? After explaining, I am promised revert in 24 hrs.Day5: No responseDay6: 72 hrs Amazon deadline expires, they ask to wait another 48 hrs, else return and refund will be initiated.A new person calls this time from Panasonic- same question: What is the issue? After explaining and expressing my frustration he gives their leads number. After numerous attempts lead answers call and claims that he had already requested a replacement couple of days back. He asks for 5 days to resolve issue.Day7: SundayDay8: No response from Panasonic, Amazon support follows up - proposes refund but asks to uninstall indoor unit at own cost and seek reimbursement from Amazon. I ask them to allow Panasonic another couple of days.Day9: Now another new person calls from Panasonic- Same question - What is the issue? After listening to whole issue the guy hangs up. Frustrated I call their lead. Got through after few hours. This time lead says he needs a video from me of the equipment. Asks for two more days.

Overall good product with modern features and decent pricing given by Amazon and Panasonic.Cooling performance was good too.

It is a perfect Choice. It has all the features that's needed in a smart AC. The operations are quite easy and the app is intuitive. I have bought 3 units for my apartment and all of them are working fine and have low power consumption. Their services are responsive and efficient.
