Gets the Job Done
I used this under my sports wrap because I found the self adhesive wraps to irritate my skin. Super thin, which is how it should be. Easy to rip apart which is also nice! Sticks quite well, I just notice that because it is so thin that sometimes the layers can roll up, but it’s really not a big deal.

Great pre wrap
My daughter uses this when she plays soccer and basketball. It’s effective at keeping her hair out of her face and the color is very pretty. Super easy to use and good quality.

Thanks to my son I got to use this right away!
So, my kid decided to sprain his ankle the night before a baseball tournament. Lucky us! I just received this pre-wrap which was very handy to help him with his recovery. After going through the cold/heat therapy we used this as the protection layer before applying the sports tape to wrap his ankle as part of his recovery and also to eventually get him back out on the field before being fully healed. This stuff was great and it worked just like all of the other pre-wraps that I have used in the past. We went through almost the whole roll of it but it was totally worth it and I felt like it did a solid job doing what it was designed to do. I definitely recommend this product. Cheers!!

Thin foam athletic bandage/pre-wrap
So, this wrap is different than what you might use to wrap your hands before a competition or training because it is made of very thin foam. This is what is called a "pre wrap", meaning it goes on BEFORE your usual wrap, to provide a barrier between the sticky adhesive wrap and your bare skin. I gave it a try yesterday on just one hand, and wrapping my other hand as usual. Honestly, I cannot really tell the difference between how my strikes feel against the heavy bag, but the residual mess from adhesive NOT being on my skin after an intense workout was much appreciated. As a side note, the hand with the foam pre wrap seemed to be more sweaty after my workout, which makes sense when considering the foam contains heat more than the adhesive wrap alone.

Don't be confused by the title, it is a prewrap!
As a retired physical therapist, pre-wrap was used often in the clinic if you needed to wrap a joint for stability. The pre-wrap protects the skin from the adhesive on athletic tape, which can irritate skin. Not sure why they tried to confuse people with giving this pre-wrap every tape name known to man.It does the job similar to the name brand I normally use. One difference I found was the consistency of the foam. This pre-wrap had many more visible small holes (see picture) versus the even micro holes found in the name brand. Does not change its function other than I found it tore somewhat easier with a light touch of athletic tape than the name brand. Less costly per yard. I wrapped my wrist with the pre-wrap then athletic tape. The wrap worked fine. Kept my skin from getting irritated from the tape and cut off easily when I removed it.There are many other uses for pre-wrap, it is an inexpensive way to help keep a bandage or ice pack in place, keep clothing out of an injured area, hair band, etc. When I placed the pre-wrap under a lot of stretch length-wise, it held together. The consistency noted above did not seem to affect its tensile strength under normal use. Overall, pleased with performance.
