Helps to have more energy
I buy this for my mother, not for myself.Before consuming she always said that she felt without energy, or like she didn't had the mood to do stuff. After this pills she has never mentioned it again, so i asume it works. The daily dosis says 2 pills, but i only give her 1.

no more allergy meds!

Not Propolis
Bee Propolis have very distinct taste and smell, This product does not have it. Does have faint odor of honey and very mild taste of honey, so might have some bee pollen. I've been taking bee propolis over 10 years for my seasonal allergies, and this product was very disappointing due to lack of propolis.
