This did not work for me. I'm 50, white, and exercise moderately. Got zero noticeable results after a moth of use. Did not curb appetite at all either. The one positive I can say is they taste good.

They taste good. I am losing weight with these, diet and exercise. I'm not really sure how much is due to the product, though.

It does suppress my appetite. Too soon to tell about weight loss. Only a 4 star because the gummy’s are not soft. They’re kinda thick chewy. Don’t taste the apple. But I’m encouraged with these.

Started on March 26th 2024 and have lost 2lbs in a little under a week taking these so far. I do have a calorie deficit along with a healthy diet, but I splurge a bit on the weekends. These have seemed to help keep me from boredom snacking and have helped with appetite suppression.As for the gummies themselves, I take two in the mornings as per the instructions. They are an emerald green color and taste like artificial green apple and smell like green apple to me. I think they’re pleasantly tasty for supplements. They’re not overly chewy, dry, grainy, or anything like that and are easy to take first thing in the mornings.I’m sensitive to caffeine and get migraines from high doses of it, but these don’t seem to bother me or make me jittery which is nice. I’ll definitely be ordering more when this bottle runs out and will update this review with total weight lost from this bottle if I’m able to.

These gummies come very well packaged in a little easy to open bottle. After opening the bottle and cracking the safety seal there is a little aroma of sweet, apple cider vinegar. The gummies are all uniformly shaped, high quality and all taste the same. They have a nice apple flavor to them. I have been eating them for two months, two every morning and I really believe they’re boosting my metabolism. For the price of $12 you get sixty, which last me 30 days.
