I like Bear Komplex products and have used their grips for many years. I thought I would give these a try, they are terrible. They provide no grip, I don’t get it.

Overall, the Bear Komplex grips performed well during my workouts. I previously tried Victory grips, which have a good reputation for durability and performance. I think these were not much different in terms of feel and performance compared to the similar fabric from the Victory grips.I also noticed some people commenting that they may require a break-in period. I can't entirely agree, but I recommend combining the grips with chalk to get a better grip when swinging from the bar, especially if you are working on pull-ups or more elaborate movements like toes to bar or even muscle-ups.In conclusion, it's a decent purchase if you are new to utilizing grips in your workouts.

I tried my friends handgrips for the 24.3 open and instantly I knew I needed a pair myself!!! It helped me get those pull-ups better than I could have ever without grips!! I recommend 10/10
