Super nourishing and moisturizing. This is a fantastic travel-friendly lotion bar that has quickly become a staple in my travel kit. This allows me to save on yet even more liquids space in my bag!! It smells heavenly and of the natural ingredients (butters) it’s made of. Being allergic to beeswax, I’m elated to find a vegan bar that’s beautifully made. A key tip: keep it in the paper and in the tin to minimize mess. I wish it would come with a smaller tin so I could cut off a portion of the bar for when I only need some for a trip or when the bar gets small enough and I don’t need the large tin anymore.

This might be more of an Amazon issue as the product was shipped just in the tin along with another item I ordered from a different seller. This caused the tin to become damaged and the lid popped off at some point during shipping. Fortunately, the actual lotion bar is totally in tact and I was able to bend the super flexible tin back into place.The bar smells good, but not overly coconut-y. It definitely has that natural smell, which I actually quite like as it smells earthy. Upon first use, it's rather greasy and reminds me of the all natural balm I use on my dogs' paws. For that reason, I would definitely recommend not using it as a hand lotion unless you like finger smudges on things. It does seem to melt into the skin as it sits, which cuts down on the greasy feel. I would probably repurchase this just maybe not in the tin if that's possible.

It’s a solid bar. Don’t expect a watery jergans-like experience. Since it is solid it goes on like a solid would - kinda waxy or oily. If thi isn’t for you, then buy a lotion. I have dry skin. My hands never sweat. But they don’t crack, peel or bleed either. I use this every night and it soaks right in over night and I have soft hands all the next day. The water-based products never do that. So… I love the stuff.

My hands get very dry in the winter from hand washing, indoor heating and the dry air. I usually have tubes of hand lotion everywhere, however I wanted something I could leave in my car that wouldn't separate or go bad in the extreme heat or cold. I've tried a few different lotion bars and out of all the ones I've tried, this one is my least favorite. It's really waxy and heavy and it leaves a film on my skin no matter how much I try to rub it in or how little I use. This is a personal opinion but I don't love the scent either. It smells like straight cocoa butter which is a scent I don't care for. I could've just used a cocoa butter stick for an 1/8 of the price. It does moisture effectively but I hate the filmy feeling on my hands which then forces me to wash them shortly after using and that defeats the purpose of the lotion. I suppose if you have super dry, cracked skin and don't mind the waxy, filmy feeling, or the scent, it may work for you. I personally won't be buying this product again.

I only used once and returned this product because it smelled rancid; more than just a cocoa butter smell. It was greasy and did not easily absorb into the skin. Didn't wash off my hands easily. The tin is very thin and had a dent in it. I have used solid lotions and loved them. This was awful.

I love it. It has a neutral natural scent. It works as I expected it would. Good for using over small areas as it’s pretty solid so not for spreading over large areas. But it does warm up and soften easily enough to put on specific areas. Because I use it over local areas, I expect that it will last quite a long time. I use it in my face, and it’s hardly made a dent in the size. Packaging is great- in a little unbleached paper inside a tin with a screw on lid.

Heavy, doesn’t absorb very well. Just kind of sits on the skin & stays sticky for hours after application. I don’t care for the fragrance but that’s more because I don’t like chocolate & it has cocoa butter in it.

Truly unscented. Smooth application. Leaves my skin soft without being greasy. Will purchase again and again.
