Top Cat House
It took me 2 hours to put together. Was fairly easy apart from a shelf that was fouling on the middle door but it was easily adjusted. I just made new holes a bit lower down. That’s the beauty of it being wood. I have 3 strays, 2 brothers and a sister about 2 years old and they’ve been sleeping in a rabbit hutch in the garden for most of the winter. You can see it on the right of the new cat house.I’ve literally just put it in the garden and left the doors open. Hopefully sooner or later they will go in it. I felt the need to put a piece of polycarbonate sheeting on top to keep the worst of the rain off. I don’t think it would last more than 3or 4 years if left uncovered. Even though I was fairly impressed with the quality of the roofing felt on top. Overall I think the product is well made and good value. Will update review later.UPDATE- The stray cats entered the house on the first night and have slept in there every night since. They love it in there.

It's good and spacious
Overall I'm happy with this. I researched a good bit for something suitable for my 2 cats. One is just over 5kg. It did take 2 hours to build, but it was easy. The windows came attached which was a relief & I'm glad the large window has glass & the others protected. The flaps at the bottom never seem to straighten.I had to put 2 new holes in the roof, their holes didn't match to secure it to the frame. It's not raised enough off the ground for wet weather. Something I will try to do later. I have a cover for heavy rain which I will cut to amend. My big cat is happy sleeping at the bottom and my little tabby is getting used to it.I wanted something sheltered and comfortable for them in the better weather to sleep at night.
