This mirror is fully rotatable just pull down on the mounting clip and rotate, its spring loaded.
Superb, enables me to see front neaside wheel against the kerb. I notice japanese cars have them fitted.Fully adjustable pull down on main clip to rotate, its sprung loaded. Each mirror is independently adjustable as well. Brilliant idea, well chuffed.

Don't waste your money
Can't see the front wheels as shown in the pic. You would have to put it far away. No wing mirror is that big.Passenger side is total waste. You can not see the mirror.

Disappointed with Limited visibility
Unfortunately, the "360° rotation" advertised seems inaccurate. I can only adjust it to see directly behind my car, not the full blind spot area I was hoping for.

Two mirrors - left and right.
Packed well, there are two spare Velcro strips. Best price, image quality, ease of installation, easy setup. It is better to mount it closer to the edge of the mirror, that is, further from the car body.
