It's the texture
I've heard a lot about Cabot Butter; so I thought I should give it a try. Bought two one-pound blocks. It is superior to regular store-bought butter, in my opinion. It's the texture at room temperature that makes it so nice. Much nicer feel in the mouth on a piece of bread. Personally, I find it very similar to Danish Butter. Worth a try for a fancy dinner.
