how much space on the 25.4 for grips and levers? i have a e-bike and need about 220mm

Have just measured the straight section before the bend and it is just under 180mm.

I’m confused what’s this 25.4 and 31mm quoted. I want a bar that’s 25.4mm dia handlebar will this fit?

These are two fitting sizes for the handlebar stem... 25.4mm and 31mm is the ''centre'' size of the handlebar... so it appears that you will need the 25.4.

How can I buy this in size 31.8 please?

I got this for my own bike and the straight part is approx 240mm. https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B085HMVZ8M?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details&th=1&psc=1 I actually cut off about 70mm from each end to bring it down to 640mm.
