Can't beat this laptop! It is great for the price you're paying. I was at Best Buy recently and they were asking for $1200 for a laptop with almost the exact same specs (8GB RAM instead of the 12 this one has). Just crazy to think people will actually buy that one at that price instead of getting this deal. Processor is fast, RAM is good and plenty of space to make a great everyday computer. I only put 4 stars for battery life because I haven't had to push it to its limit yet.

These laptops are extremely fast. Set them up for employees (jealous I don’t get one too). Highly recommend for the price.

I’ve had this laptop for almost 3 weeks now and I’ve gotten used to the keyboard now, initially it felt flimsy but as you continue to use it, the keyboard feels decent. Haven’t really used 32GB USB flash drive they sent again feels cheap. Screen is still working thankfully, haven’t really used the touch screen much, but works well the few times I have used it. There’s regularly updates for the compute which I figured for a windows 10. Some of the programs such as Netflix, Spotify and other apps don’t automatically download so you have to manually go to download Screen and download them. I’ve downloaded a few computer games to try out the system and the games play nicely with no lag. For the touch pad delay I had I’ve simply bought a wireless mouse and used the laptop that way which is faster for the work I do. Considering how light weight the laptop is I’ve put it in my school bag with 1 large textbook and the laptop still works. (Laptop is easy to set up, you also have cortana guiding you through the set up, however depending on how you like your system controls you have to change them.) the Battery life is decent not the greatest but it will do. It’ll maybe last a good 4 hours with no heavy use. But you can use the battery saver mode and extend the batter life. I have yet to test how long it would last in power saver mode.Super fast shipping was surprised to see it a week ahead of delivery. Will update one last time.Will update review as I continue to use the laptop.

The description says Windows 10 Pro, but after setting it up under "I do not have internet" to avoid an automatic/forced update to Windows 11 once Windows opens it sure looks like it is running Windows 11. I go to Windows Specifications and sure enough the version is Windows 11 Pro. I specifically purchased two of these because all the proprietary and COTS software I use are validated when running with Windows 10 Pro. Anyone that knows about validating for GLP Part 11 Compliance can appreciate it is far easier and less costly to continue running Windows 10 Pro for as long as it is available/supported than it is to re-validate using Windows 11 Pro. Not to mention the many issues with all the software compatibility with Windows 11.

Just use for home. Covers all my needs.

It is a nice laptop, runs a little slow. My issue with this laptop is that is S Mode, when I purchased the laptop I didn't realize what S Mode means. This laptop comes with S Mode meaning you can only use Microsoft software and you will not be able to install another app/programs that are not from MS when you do and notifies you that you will have to get out of S Mode, however, once you do it there is no return. I am afraid if I take it off S Mode laptop will crash??? not sure what to do. My daughter is not able to install programs recommended for her class. If anyone who has this laptop has already deactivated the S Mode, could you share your experience?
