Nice cue
Nicely balanced cue with a decent weight to it. After I shaped the tip to how I liked it I was getting excellent cue action, and I haven't noticed any deflection which is good.The extending butt piece feels of decent quality. The clothe is really soft and feels nice in the hands cleaning the cue, overall a really nice cue.

Perfectly usable cue, of reasonably good quality
Perfectly usable cue, of reasonably good quality.I've had this cue for a few weeks now, and I've adjusted to it, got the tip how I like it, and I'm using it as my regular cue.It plays perfectly well, and looks really nice, the case is quite robust, it all fits together well, and overall, I'm very pleased with the purchase.On the less positive side, there is a slight blemish on one of the veneers, but then I am quite fussy, others wouldn't have noticed it. The grain of the ash, is not always even when looking down the cue, depending on how it's rotated. I try not to let it affect me, but occasionally it's distracting. I have to rotate the cue a bit so that I can't see it.Also, the extension is very small, even when extended. Doesn't really fit the bill for me. I would have liked to have a butt on the case, like a lot of others do. I was comparing to Cue Soul, who seem to supply a lot more in the box!On balance, I felt it was a nicer, better quality cue than the Cue Soul one I was comparing it to, and I'm very happy with my choice.

A very nice cue
The case is ok but the cue is very nice, the only negative being the tip will need a bit of work. Overall I'd give it 4 1/2 but the cue is so nice I'll give it a 5 rather than 4.

One of the clips on the case was broken when the product arrived but it was needed as a birthday present so no time to send it back
