Purchased for a quick last minute 3 day trip. I didn’t want to pay for a carry on so I wanted something that would fit the requirement for the “personal item.” This worked perfectly. Dimensions checked out. Fit fully under the seat. I packed 3 pairs of pants, several shirts (some were sweaters), undergarments, toiletries, snacks and a small clutch purse. I even packed yarn for a knitting project! It was packed FULL, but still within reasonable limits. The buckles, zippers, and seams all held up fine. It was nice to find something I could get quickly from amazon that was not made in China. Made in Cambodia. Good price. Lots of pockets. Color options. I would recommend.

When I received it, I thought its is a bit smaller than that showed in the photos, but the amount of stuff that it could fit in is commendable.Using it for about half year now, No issues so far.Good product.

I bought this bag for a work trip to Germany. Which included travel by plane, bus, train and taxi. This bag has so many pockets and is awesome! I used it as a bag for college classes. Recently used it for personal travel and found it fits into American airlines personal item dimensions! I love putting my purse and any toiletries for travel in it.

It will definitely fit as a carry on for the plane, up on the top carriage and is under the measurement limit for a carry on, up top. Don't think it will fit under a seat as a personal item. It is of excellent quality. The zippers are strong and the material is thick. I'm totally impressed!
