That sweet tooth is 76 years old and my blood sugar is beginning to change and I am not happy. Berberine is supposed to help. The Ceylon Cinnamon is just a plus that is supposed to be good for us. I have a Dr appt in a couple of weeks so am anxious to see if it brings my numbers down. I have certainly noticed it has lessened my appetite within a couple of days, that's got to be helpful. Again, check with your health team before starting.

I've been using this berberine for just two weeks, and I'm already seeing remarkable results. I recently tested my glucose levels, and to my surprise, the readings were excellent. This berberine product seems to be working wonders for me. I'm thrilled with the progress I'm experiencing so far.

I haven't noticed any weight loss, however, even after using it for a month. There is no magic pill for weight loss, really, so I'm not terribly concerned about that part.

I haven't seen weight loss, but it does help with my glucose numbers.

After you open the bottle you can instantly tell this brand is using QUALITY cinnamon. It has a nice subtle smell. I don’t recommend opening the capsules though because Berberine does not taste good lol.
