Fit my food dryer perfectly. The lip Keeps things from running over while they are drying. Very robust. Should last a long time.

Love the rim!! These have worked well through several harvests. Wonderful for fruit leathers and drying runny things. Have held up perfectly. (Where were these all my life!) So glad to have found them; sturdy, no stick, easy clean, SO useful.

I searched a lot for trays to use with liquids and finally tried these out. I bought a second set after using it a few times. Fits 6 eggs for thorough dehydrating with only one turn & stir. Easy clean up, quick dry, easy to store between racks, no cracking/peeling/tearing after a dozen uses. I will likely get one more set. Just make sure you get the one that fits your dehydrator.

This makes wonderful pizza crusts and wraps. So glad I found this.

For several years we have used parchment paper, wax paper etc for drying apple sauce mixtures for fruit leather. It was always a pain to get the dried fruit off of the parchment paper, and the one time we used wax paper it was absolutely terrible with lots of waxy paper left on the fruit leather.These silicone sheets with edges are wonderful, fruit peels off effortlessly and they really help the fruit leather to stay nice and pliable, not dry and crispy. You can add a lot more liquified fruit or apple sauce to these trays and not have to worry at all about it spilling over, which would be a heck of a mess to clean up in dehydrator.I was going to buy Exc@libur brand sheets, but these are cheaper and They look like they’ll last forever.

Well made, no smell. Used for dehydrating eggs and fruit leather. So glad I purchased these.
