I have an exceptionally high tolerance for caffeine, so these do not give me jitters in any way. I take this pill first thing in the morning, before my daily walk/jog, and then after my exercise, I drink an energy drink with 300mg of caffeine; lol I notice no negative effects from taking this pill and combining it with my normal caffeine intake.That being said, I DO notice that taking this pill prior to my work out does seem to provide me with added energy and stamina. I have started adding a jog routine to my walks in preparation for an upcoming 5K I am attempting, and each day I push my jogs a little further, and I have (seemingly) an increased drive and motivation to do so.The pill size is comparable to your typical vitamin. I added a pic of it with a standard US penny; it’s a standard capsule, easy to swallow, and the best part, in my opinion, is there is no weird taste to it. A lot of these “fat burning” pills and metabolism increaser pills taste super funny, like dirt almost.Not these! These have a fruity aftertaste: it’s very unique and pleasant.I typically fast most of my days, and generally by 2-3 pm I am starting to get hunger pangs. I don’t seem to notice them as much while taking this pill.Overall I think this is a pretty standard metabolism boosting supplement, and it definitely has the perk of no weird after taste. I would recommend it to anyone seeking to add this type of product to your daily supplements.

I got this recently.It is a bottle packed with 60 capsules.I saw how much caffeine is in this and ordered it.I have grown to really love supplementing caffeine by capsule.And this is packed with a lot of it from good sources.Shred fat burner? Its a workout energy supplement.And a mighty fine one.Glad i got itRecommend!
