Bull Wins Hands Down...
I bought my Bull Lonestar Grill (built in natural gas grill) on June 12, 2025. Today (June 29, 2025), I finally was able to get it installed. Installation was relatively easy. The "biggest obstacle" was acquiring the correct natural gas coupling adaptor but even that unto itself wasn't too bad. The electrical hook up went smoothly with no issue. Once I had it fully installed, the grill lit up with no problem. The grill is sturdy and made of heavy stainless steel. All parts are strong and well made. Not only is it functional, it's and "eye catcher." OK... as "eye catching" as a gas grill can be, I guess. The Bull grill has a great heat level, with even heat distribution (based on my initial test), and is a great value.Prior to owning my Bull Grill, I owned an American Outdoor Grill (AOG). I made the decision to switch to a Bull based on my research on the Bull quality standards. Which says a lot since I owned my AOG for 7 years. AOG customer service was top notch, but I wouldn't necessarily say the same about the AOG grill. My new Bull grill is now fired up and all set to grill diner tonight. Can't Wait!!!I wouldn't hesitate to recommend a Bull grill.

Overall a very good grill
I replaced my 15 year old COSTCO Urban Island (UI) built-in natural gas grill with this Bull Lonestar 30 Inch grill. The Bull grill looks almost the same as the UI grill and was a drop in replacement. My old UI grill was made by Bull but this new Bull Lonestar is much a better grill. Where most of the stainless on the UI grill was 18 gage, the Bull is 14 gage which is over 50% thicker. This shows in how solid the cover feels when you open and close it. The COSTCO UI grill had the infrared rotisserie backburner. I never used the backburner so I selected this Lonestar grill which does not have that option. The grates of the Bull are very heavy stainless just like my old UI grill and should last the life of the grill. The burners of the Bull are welded stainless metal similar to my old UI burners which were just starting to fail after 15 years. However, I live in a dry climate. If I lived in a wet or coastal area I would opt for one of the Bull models with the heavy cast stainless burners. The noticible difference with the new burners are the hole sizes where the flame comes out. My old UI grill had the same size holes from front to back and the grill was noticably much hotter in the back and relatively cool in the front. The new Bull grill has smaller holes in the back and seems to have different spacing in the front. The overall result is much more even temperatures front to back. The Bull also has slots cut in the flame tamers where the old UI had no slots. This seems to help spread the heat out better over the burners. These little changes result in much better heat distribution. This, along with the fact that his grill gets very hot very fast, makes this a very good grill. Also, the knobs on this grill are solid metal with a heavy chrome finish just like my old grill. My old knobs lasted 15 years in the Arizona sun and still look new. I'm hoping for the same with the new ones.Overall, I'm really happy with this grill.

High Quality product at lower level price
It's a quality product. All stainless steel. Grates are very sturdy. 4 burners on gets you to 600 degrees quickly and still getting hotter. Only negative is that the thermometer only goes to 600. It also does not have a cover.

Quality Grill for a Good Price with Fast Shipping!!
First impressions: quality grill for a good price with fast shipping thanks to Amazon! The box arrived with some crumbled corners but I was relieved to find no dents, dings, or scratches on the grill. For shipping purposes, the burners are cotter-pinned into place so they do not rattle around inside the grill. (The customer then removes these and likely won't need them again.) My two outside burners and cotter pins had broken free and were laying in the bottom of the grill. This could have caused damage to the grill and/or burners but once again, luckily I did not see any. There are 7 sets of studs (2 studs in each set), 3 sets for the heat shields and 4 sets for the flame tamers. Three of my studs had presumably come loose during shipping; I found the studs, their washers, and two of their nuts scattered inside the box and packing material but I could not find the last nut and had to make a trip to my local big box store. Needless to say, packaging could have been better but at least nothing major occurred. After setting up my grill and handwashing the internal parts, I cleaned the outside with Citrushine Stainless Steel Polish - Streak-Free Metal Surface Cleaner - 12 oz Non-Toxic. (This will ensure that your grill looks shiny and new so when your wife asks how much money you spent on the grill, she will be blinded by its beauty and not mad.) Next, I cranked up all four burners to high and closed the lid for about 5 minutes, per the operating instructions. During that short ~5 minutes, the internal temperature reached 500+ degrees! One small issue: Amazon's product description states "Smoker Box included" and mine did not come with one. I contacted Amazon customer support and at first the rep insisted that the only resolution was to have me send back my 130 pound grill for refund or replacement. Once I pointed out that Amazon sells/ships the missing smoker box for $11.13, the rep issued me a promotional certificate for that amount.I effortlessly grilled some hamburgers and hot dogs for Labor Day weekend; I will get more adventurous once I get more familiar with the grill. So far, I have been very impressed by this well-built, no frills (ie. blue LED lights) grill and look forward to using it for a long long time!Five year update: still happy with the grill!!

Great but Nite
Just perfect, great quality. Only thing is that I wish it would mention that for the lights to work, you need electricity (out on your deck/area) as I thought it was solar. As another note, 30in is just that! No bigger! We love it so far!
