SUPER hydrating and yummy!
I have ordered like 5 of these because I love them so much! Finding a lip product with hyluronic acid was important to me but I swear my lips look fuller after using it! They definitely feel better!

Smells Fresh and Feels Great on the Lips
I am a big fan of Burt's Bees and find that most things they do, they do well. This lip jelly balm is no exception. It is mango grapefruit and I totally get the grapefruit, it smells bright and citrusy. The balm goes on smoothly, and isn't too shiny, but is very moisturizing. If you're looking for a glossy look, this is not it, although that should be self explanatory since it's a balm. I love that it contains hyaluronic acid so that I know it's going to help keep my lips moisturized with use. It does not have any sort of color, so it goes on clear. I think it would be great to layer over a lip color that might be little dryer like a lipstick. I took off one star because I was squeezing to get the balm out and it would not come out of the nozzle. When I look the seam at the bottom of the balm had a hole in it and the balm was squeezing out in my hand instead of the applicator side. It's a bummer because now I'm really limited in how I can use this item since I can't just toss it in my purse or pocket without fear of it leaking out.

Not worth the price
I love Burts Bees products but for this to be $15-$18 it’s not worth the price. It really does not do anything for my lips. It’s just like any other product that I’ve use. When I first put it on my lips were nice and smooth but give it about 15-20 minutes and it’s like I never put anything on. This is a NO for me and I bought it twice only because I lost the first tube so I spent 30 something dollars on two tubes just to be disappointed.

great lip balm
This is a great lip balm. I love how it feels on my lips. Before this, I was using the Paula's Choice Lip Boost which is more expensive but more drying for me. This new Burts Bee's one is so much better!

🫤 So disappointing
I have purchased tons of Burts Bees products over the years, and I’ve never been more disappointed in one of their product before. It was nearly impossible to get out the tube and when I finally was able to squeeze the tiniest bit out with what would be considered a little bit of pressure/force, the other end (where it’s sealed) busted open and nearly all of the product squirted out all over my hand. Poor packaging quality for the price point. After I salvaged what I could, I did put some on, the smell was really nice, reminds me of the Burt’s bees natural ceramides overnight treatment in texture and taste. Definitely a waste of money for something that broke open too easily in my opinion. Wouldn’t purchase again.

Soft lips
I suffer from very dry lips. Especially in the winter time. This lip balm is very moisturizing and smells wonderful. Highly recommend it!The pictures are after I put it on. My lips were dry and cracked before hand

Nice Scent, Odd Texture
I normally love Burt's Bees products but this one is...odd. The smell is very nice, it's a sweet fruity scent that isn't overpowering. The texture of the lip jelly is a bit odd, however. It goes on semi-smoothly but after a few minutes, the texture turns gritty. I tried a thin layer of the jelly balm and a thick layer, but every time, the texture turned gritty. I wasn't eating nor drinking with it on, simply talking, but the texture still became like that. I don't think this would be in a daily use repertoire.

Smells and works great
The only problem we had was that it is so thick that it put so much pressure on the bottom of the tube with each dispersal of product, that it busted out the bottom of the product. You have to store it in a different container because the container doesn't work for the thickness of the product.
