Works great! Tastes better if refrigerated
Others have commented about the taste - but I find that it is better tasting when it's refrigerated. I am prone to getting cold sores, so I used to take the giant L Lysine pills, those are hard to swallow. I like this better. I am not good about taking it daily, but if I take it when I feel something developing on my lip, it almost immediately goes away. I will continue to take this product, and I am also enjoying other Mary Ruth vitamins.

Old product!
Ordered 3 weeks into April 2025 with the intent of taking it 2 or 3 times a week so it would last me about 3 months. I received my product and it has a best by date of May 2025. Furthermore, the item is non-returnable due to it being a food product.
