Easy to assemble and comes with little booklet with some upper and lower exercises. Had a little play with it and happy with the resistance, I'm sure a full workout will be good! Comes with a nice storage bag too.

Some days I can’t be bothered going to the gym and thought this would be a good alternative. Not only did I find it gave me a similar workout, I also found that it was less strain on my knees and lower back. My sons are also using it! Excellent quality too.

This appears to be a good quality bar for the price, I have however returned it as I found the clips to change the length too fiddly, I have ordered one with a slide buckle as this looks like it may be easier and quicker to adjust.

Love this, best purchase ever! I’m pregnant and I was going to the gym a lot before pregnancy and I hadn’t been going as I’ve been feeling sick. Wanted to get back into keeping healthy and strong but the gym is a long walk for me and far to much at the moment. This is an absolute need, so easy to use and comes with loads of exercises to do with it!

Great product for working out at home!

After a couple of times the resistance bands give way. It does not feel as strong. However, it still works.

Have been using cheap pilates bars from temu but they kept breaking after a few months so thought I'd go for a better quality one.This one is awesome! The resistance is strong do maybe not for beginners. I used for 30 mins today and my muscles really ache. Wish I'd bought it sooner.So easy to use, just clip on the bands at whatever length you need, I do it mid exercise when I'm changing positions, so quick and easy & not at all fiddly to do. Even has some instructions and exercises to do!I rarely write reviews but this is awesome, I got it on offer in the black Friday sale but honestly I would have paid full price for it!

I was so happy when this set came, everything looked great, but when I went to put it together, one side of the bar doesn't screw in and really easily comes apart. I don't want to return it I just want a new piece sent to me, but there's no option to talk to anybody and the only option Amazon is giving me is a return, and I'm pretty sure I don't know where the box it came in is, so I'm just going to have to figure out a way to tighten or seal the bar because it doesn't feel safe the way it is now. Really disappointing.
