Nice product but Not good for long term.

Its precisely 9months I bought this powerbank considering that I will be able to carry it around. It doesn't charge completely and refuses to charge the phone more than 3% at a time. Nil customer service or revert on complaints. PLEASE DON'T BUY IT EVEN IF YOU THINK ITS CHEAP AND AMAZING LOOKS. Coz that's all it is.
