Definitely not 20000 mah. Hardly lasts charging 1.5 times. I normally charge my phone when it reaches 20-25%. By the time it reaches 100% only 1 out of 4 indicating lights stays on. My phone has 4500 mah battery. Another 40-50% for the next charge and the power bank stops working.Now I need to charge the power bank regularly as well as my phone.

This power bank is great it's charges quick and charge my mobile phone well and quickly and it is very convinient to use it outside also while go out side for hangout or traveling very impressive product
