This thing has a huge amount of storage and it's so much smaller than I thought it would be (which is great)! Also, it comes with a great little usb c female to usb a male adapter which is fantastic! This thing has so much going for it for a pretty decent price. It's super easy to connect to basically any device, and it works brilliantly and fast with all of my storage needs. Definitely recommend.

1. PC WILL NOT BOOT IF HARD DRIVE CONNECTED. IT FREEZES AT STARTUP. IT MUST BE CONNECTED AT BOOT IN ORDER FOR CERTAIN SOFTWARE TO SEE IT AT STARTUP.2. CERTAIN PROGRAMS COMPLETELY WIPE ITS MEMORY OF THE DEVICE BEING CONNECTED EVERY TIME I RESTART AND THEREFORE DOES NOT FUNCTION CORRECTLY.SSD DRIVES DO NOT WORK LIKED TRADITION HDD DRIVES.UPDATE:VERY SOLID DRIVE FOR BACKING UP FILES FOR ARCHIVING.

Awesome! I’m a composer and needed a separate external hard drive for my scores. This fits the bill perfectly and is a perfectly portable solution. The boot-up is quick, quiet and smooth. At one TB I will be happily saving to this drive for quite a while. I highly recommend it.

works great, is pretty fast. I love it's small size, easy to transport. Only thing I didn't like is that the included USB cable is so short, it's really annoying I can let the HD sit on the keyboard or on the laptop as I'm backing it up. other than the fact that the HD doesn't come with a hard case I don't have more complaints. I got it for 147 and it's going for cheaper now. I recommend buying 2 so you have more than just 1 backup. You never these days.
