This is a very niche supplement, but I have taken it and feel I can review it now. It's tasteless and odorless, easy to swallow. It's hard to measure an exact effect from taking it, but I feel the overall quality of my health, skin, exercise is better. The brand and ingredients are quality and trusted. The value is there if you know what you're getting. I'm overall happy and experienced no ill side effects.

I've been using this spermidine supplement for a while now and here's my take on it, the capsules are easy to take and don't have any unpleasant aftertaste, which is pretty good for me, I also like the fact that they're non GMO and gluten free, making them a good fit for anyone with dietary restrictions.

Some posts online claim it is more bioavailable than plain spermidine.I like that this brand actually lists the 3HCL form as the active ingredient, vs just saying it contains 'fermented spermidine' like the brand I've been ingesting - which may or may not be the same shelf-stable powder form.I especially like the daily dose is a single capsule, unlike another brand which requires 2 capsules to get the same 10mg daily dose.It's helpful that the price isn't excessive for a 2 month supply; which helps because even a basic but fairly comprehensive anti-aging nutritional protocol can be expensive.I'd like to think I'll feel better somehow after I've been taking this form for awhile... but won't be surprised if it's like most supplements in that I won't notice much aside from not feeling any older or less well.Spermidine is critical for several cell functions and there's evidence it helps preserve the length of telomeres. That's only one of several ways it is thought to extend longevity.Taking this product is a FAR easier and probably a no more expensive way to get adequate spermidine in my diet than eating wheat germ oil. (yucky stuff, IMO)I have zero reason to think this is anything but a 5 star product

The bottle is a little less than half full; a pet peeve of mine for some reason. I'd rather get a smaller bottle and save some space in the medicine cabinet.If used as directed a bottle will last two months. That is something to keep in mind when considering the price.The expiration date on my bottle is Apr 2025, so just over a year from now.There is not much of a smell or taste and the capsules are easy to swallow.I like that the bottle says non-GMO, but I also like to see organic, 3rd-party tested, GMP-certified, and Made in the USA. It says lab verified, which may be the same as tested, but I'm not sure who did it.I am not a fan of the fillers in "Other ingredients," and prefer my Vit C to not be ascorbic acid since that's usually from corn so easy for it to be GMO. I know it says non-GMO but many Vit C supps do; I'm just not sure how far down the line they take that.The price seems high at first, but being that it's for two months' worth of capsules it's not as bad as it seems at first. I would feel more confident if the items I mentioned above were on the label. In their absence, better Vit C/no fillers would add to my confidence.The label says Yuth is a registered trademark of Compound Solutions, so I went to their website looking for more information on the product, it's manufacture, etc. Someone there had a question on the safety of Spermidine HCL that they had heard talked about elsewhere and the reponse was basically to suggest they talk to their doctor.No problems or results with the supplement so far, but I want to find more information on it before I get in for the long haul.
