Needed it for a flush and it worked.
Ohhhh who knew I'd ever be buying and reviewing Epsom Salts for a liver flush? Not me, but here I am! Got it, used it and well, I had an effective cleanse. It wasn't horrible to drink but once you throw it back, the bitterness kicks in and it is not great. But, I did it and it was very doable. I still have some left over for my next flush in six months. This worked out great.

Works as anticipated
I ordered this for a gut cleanse and it did clean me out. The salt is potent and tastes so terrible that I was almost pouring out of both ends, but it does work.

Help with constipation, and cleansing.
After a cleansing, where I mixed together" 2 teaspoons of cayenne peppers powder, half a cup of pumpkin seeds, and 1 cup of organic coconut milk" 3 X a day, for 2 days straight, without any other foods. On the third day, I will just add 4 teaspoons of Epsom salt in 8 oz of warm water. drink up, and let nature take its course. This is a food grade product, and always talk to your doctor first, prior doing any cleansing.I am not a doctor, nor do I play one on TV. Do not follow my advice if you have any medical issues.Cayenne pepperPumpkin seedsOrganic coconut milk
