Love this. I have made a quick dip for dumplings 1:1 rice vinegar and soy sauce then as much chili flakes as desired. I have sprinkled the flakes on pizza and scrambled eggs. Good amount of quality chili flakes for the price.

I've only used this a time or two, but it is very tasty. I like the tang of it along with the heat. I don't find it too hot and of course all hot peppers have different flavors and the different seasonings in this make it tasty with a tang that I like.

This member of the world wide chile family is pleasantly warm without heat bite. It is more foward than Sumac, a little less prickly than mexican chile seeds. Goes great on all dishes that require a warmth, like salads, creamy dishes ,etc.
