The brand he uses advised 5gr per serving, so if he were to use these capsules he'd need 5 per day, which would only last 12 days!Even if he took 2 as this listing suggests, they'd only last him a month, which for £9.99 isn't a good bargain.There are merits to using the capsules and they're worth it if you're travelling or in a rush where the powder isn't practical, however I wouldn't recommend these for regular use due to the price

This is a convenient pouch (not a bottle) containing 60 Creatine capsules, each 500mg. The advice on the packaging is to take two capsule a day, representing a 1000mg dose. If one is on an intensive workout programme, that may not be enough - so this won't be a 30 day supply for everyone.The capsules themselves are well formed, easy to swallow and leave no aftertaste.The ingredient list is good insofar as these do not seem to contain any strange fillers or additives.I'd buy them again.This review is based on my personal experience, you should consult your nutritionist or doctor before making your own decision on whether it's suitable for you.

Perfect for those who workout, does the job and the capsules are easy to take, good for those that don't do shakes these are much quicker to take pre workout.
