Very good headset. The microphone is very clear. It blocks out background noise very well. Even with my computer audio blasting on my studio monitors my voice is still completely clear on Zoom call, and no music cutting in the video call. The speakers are pretty good, and being hybrid over-ear/on-ear, it's pretty comfortable and blocks out background noise pretty well.# my personal preference is over-ear setup, and these are a hybrid on-ear/over-ear, and good enough. Speakers could be a little bigger. Cushion is comfortable and cleanable.

I have had this headset for over a year now. I always thought it was good until I was on a call about a half hour ago via Zoom. An AV vendor was in the room and started drilling 20 feet from where I sit drilling into brick. The other two people could not hear it, the mic blocked it all out. Best noise canceling mic you will find for $80.

I bought these to replace the crappy pair my employer gave me. Since I am now working from home permanently I decided to splurge on some nice headphones. These headphones are very comfortable. I have worn them up to two hours at a stretch and no issues with comfort. I have hearing loss in both ears and the quality and sound coming through is amazing. I now have zero issues with hearing what others are saying. This is a huge win for me! I love how the actual ear pieces turn sideways. This allows for me to hang them off one of the knobs on my desk drawer hutch and the actually stay put and don't fall down like my other ones did. My only complaint is the microphone does not stay up. If I move it up close to my mouth it eventually slides back down to the bottom position. It does not seem to cause any issues for the people listening to me so I kept them. Over all very happy and my husband is now contemplating buying a pair for the exact same reason!

I use it for work and it pairs nicely with Teams, which is a huge plus since I work remotely. The cord seems unnecessarily long but I'm not going to knock off a star for that.

Initially, I could not hear the audio when plugging the Yealink headphones into the headphone jack or using the YHC20. Eventually, I discovered the same problem with other hearing devices from different companies. I realized at that point that the problem was not the headphones but something I needed to do with my computer. After much Googling to find a solution and questions to the Yealink support, I found the solution on Driver Easy. The problem was with the latest updates on my computer using Windows 11. Before the latest updates, I could simply plug into my headphone jack to hear the audio. Now I need to click on the speaker icon in the taskbar, which opened up a task box with the name of the Yealink headphone. Once I clicked on the name, I could hear the audio using the 3.5 pin or the YHC20. GEEEZ!! With this fix, I am enjoying the headphones, the sound quality is good, and the ear pads are very comfortable. Yealink was very responsive in attempting to help me solve the audio issue.

Purchased this headset along with a Jabra to see which one would have a better noise canceling mic. Just started a remote wfh job that requires me to be on the phone.Used this with teams and had my coworker join a meeting with me. I tested different types of noises including baby crying, heavy metal, etc. had the volume on the highest it would go on my phone and tested it at different levels of closeness.Although this is supposed to have a noise canceling mic, it didn’t cancel anything out. Everything was heard in the background.I bought this because it was highly recommended for getting rid of background noise. Did not work.If you don’t care about background noise then this is a great headset as it’s comfortable and I was told my voice was clear and easy to hear.I ended up returning this and sticking with the Jabra.

One of the top headsets with a noise-canceling mic for working from home. I love that the mute button only mutes the microphone itself, rather than muting it within the platform or application being used. For example, on Zoom, I would appear unmuted, but pressing the mute button on the headset would only mute my mic. Great feature if this is what you are looking for.

The swivel for the left earpiece apparently became brittle and broke after nearly 2 years of use (it would have been 2 years next month). It seemed to be a pretty decent headset but they made a critical part out of plastic knowing it could degrade over time. It seems like it could be a user-replaceable part, if only they made parts available for it.
