Solid and secure laptop stand with premium build
FYI: the base (where the stand sits on your desk) is 20 x 20 cm.This thing is built like a tank, and easily over a kilo in weight. The fit and finish is excellent, and there’s enough adjustability to get the angle right on most desk set ups.For whatever reason they don’t list the dimensions of the base; which is a lot smaller than the top where your laptop sits. This was pretty essential for me to judge whether I can fit it in my desk. It’s 20 cm x 20 cm.It’s very hard to adjust, requiring a lot of force. This means you have to take your laptop off to adjust it, which isn’t ideal, but it does provide a very strong platform. People that have accessibility issues might struggle to adjust this comfortably. There’s a rubberised lip on the bottom edge of the laptop tray that keeps your laptop in place. This does make closing the screen an issue on my MacBooks, so you’ll need to move it up slightly as you do so.It’s on the pricier side, but it’s definitely a big step up in quality and stability; I’m confident I could knock something into this on my desk and it wouldn’t budge.I got the sandstone colour which is nice and inoffensive, but wish they offered an aluminium finish to fit in with my set up a bit better.

Solid stand
A firm laptop stand, very stiff to adjust, but stays in place once done. A good solid piece of kit, with a nice. simple design.

Sturdy, Minimalist Stand Does Its Job Well But A Few Points To Consider
This laptop stand is well-made and does a great job of elevating my laptop to a more ergonomic position. I love the sturdy build, non-slip base, and the way it creates space on my desk. The height and angle are easily adjustable with the hinges (which are a bit stiff but something I actually prefer) so I can always find the perfect position. However, while I appreciate the minimalist design and premium feel I do wish the stand would swivel around and it doesn't. For the price (which I do feel is a little high) I'd hope for a bit of rotation. Some more ventilation would also be nice.Overall though I do like it. It's a good stand to consider if you're on the lookout for something simple and effective.

Architectural beauty
This adds a flair architectural interest to my work space. The sage colour and sturdy design are modern but work well in our country cottage. My laptop sits nicely on top and the base is solid which prevents tipping over. I already feel better with my hunching posture and squinting reduced with the use of this stand.Best part, this doesn’t take up much space. And when my laptop is not on top of it, I use it as an easel to hold photos or a small painting so it fits with my decor. Love love love.It took me a while to commit to purchasing this as it’s pricey but glad I finally committed. One of my better purchases on Amazon.

Feels bombproof!
This laptop stand has a simple design, it doesn't rotate, it just has adjustable height and angle. So it doesn't do a lot but what is does it does very well, I have got a 15" laptop with a full keyboard and number pad on it, it weighs a lot for a laptop, and the stand holds it with no sagging at all.The laptop also extends over the sides and back of the stand and yet the stand holds it firmly in place. The only slight movement is if I type directly on the laptop, not something you would normally do with this kind of stand, there is a little rocking movement but I put this completely down the the size of my laptop as it's more noticeable on the outer keys on the keyboard. The stand has a small footprint on desk which has anti-slip rubber feet which prevent the stand from moving on the desk. The quality of the stand feels top notch and although it is fairly expensive in comparison to other stands I feel that the quality does justify the price.Overall a very hight quality stand that performs excellently.

As good a basic style laptop or tablet stand as I can imagine
This is a really well made, if simple product. It doesn't do anything but hold up a laptop or a tablet, at various angles for you. It doesn't clamp it, it doesn't rotate to portrait, and it doesn't have any charging. However, it also doesn't have the added cost you'd pay for that. It's heavy, and won't be shifting around when you don't want it to. The base is compact, and it doesn't slip around on my smooth vinyl desk. It feels really sturdy and the hinges are quite stiff which is good, since there's no tightening mechanism and you just push it into place then leave it there. Realistically, this is something you set up and leave as it is. If you want to be able to move it around fluidly to any angle and orientation, you probably want a monitor arm but this is much faster to deploy. There's a space on the stand for a pencil, but that's pretty irrelevant to me. You could easily plonk other stuff down there if you need to.Overall, while these aren't cheap they're intended to be a relatively aesthetically pleasing option, and lifting the laptop off the desk is much better ergonomically speaking since you shouldn't be looking down at your screen but directly forward. Also, once it's elevated, like a grown up desktop PC screen, you will end up using a proper mouse and a proper keyboard which will be far better than a trackpad and chiclet keyboard which are hardly good for your wrists. Or typing speed. Or mouse speed. Or productivity. If you value your neck, and you can afford an expensive laptop as this is supposed to be paired with, it's worth looking into something like this.

Wonky
Had to return the item due to a defect. The arm had been attached to the base at an angle, meaning the laptop did not sit straight when in the holder. Very poor quality control for such a high price point.
