Me and My - Gluten Assist, Helping You Give Gluten the Boot, 60 Capsules

I have ulcerative colitis and a gluten sensitivity and keep to a gluten free diet. I luv these pills, they work well. I buy them during the holidays so I can have stuffing, rolls and other gluten containing holiday foods like everyone else. I take 2 before I eat anything with gluten. It really helps me from getting bloating cramping that can lead up to a colitis flare. By no means a cure, but good for occasional cheats with gluten containing foods.

These pills are a life saver! I am highly sensitive to gluten. I was skeptical about these but they work! I can now eat out and not worry about getting sick. They do work best if you take 30 minutes to hour before eating but I’ve taken them right at eating and still they work great.Update: I took these on a cruise and took one before each meal and I had no gluten issues! 🙌🏻I’m not saying go eat gluten on purpose but if you aren’t sure these are fantastic!

I was very skeptical but it really helps. A major symptom of my gluten sensitivity is joint and muscle aches. Although I monitor my diet carefully, it seems that some gluten even at very low levels always gets into my food. I also travel globally and foods are prepared differently. I take 1 pill with lunch and dinner and I have seen a drastic reduction in the joint and muscle aches brought on by digesting residual amounts of gluten. I didn't expect it to work but it does.

Remind a gluten free diet and these clothes make it to where I can actually have food with gluten in it. Even if I am not by choice eating gluten it just happens to be in the food that I am eating. I have been on the gluten free diet for years due to medical issues not because of wanting to lose weight like many people exactly the opposite I would love to gain weight! I have lost a ton of weight on the gluten free diet that my doctor has put me on but being the weight that I am is not comfortable😮. Yet the weight I was at 15 years ago was not either.

So wonderful to know that I can just take a pill and eat what I want. I don't use them often - once every couple of weeks I suppose, but they work well when I do!

This is my 3rd product to try for NCGS - I have a favorite but it was not available soon enough from Amazon :-(. I found this and took a gamble... and it seems to have worked so far. It does not tell you how much to take per grams of gluten you would expect to digest (who actually measures that when you want to eat a pizza?) - but it indicates that you can take more than one - AND it includes a carbohydrate digesting / processing enzyme - which i wold take separately - so this is like taking 2-for-1 >>> I will continue to try it... with a few slices of said pizza... so far though it has worked on small (hamburger bun) tests.

These are an absolute life saver. I have suffered many a times on food that was supposed to be gluten free, but probably got cross contaminated. I take these anytime we go out to eat just in case there is any cross contamination.
