I have only had for about 2 weeks, but very happy with it. It's nice looking. Love the ability to change the clock face & how you want to view other settings. Connects quickly & easily to your Samsung account. I am not using all the functions, but it's great to know they are available if I decide to. Price was good compared to a lot of other trackers/watch. Overall great watch/tracker. Gives me more functionality than I need, while giving me the ones I want/needed. Holds charge well. And charges quickly.

I use this watch to count my daily steps and check heart rate at times. Very easy to use

No complaints with this watch. It's exactly what I was looking for in a smart watch. Basic fitness tracking, can read texts and respond with predetermined replies and has call notifications. I love the band! It slides under itself and doesn't stick out on top of the opposite band, like traditional watches. It immediately connected to my phone as soon as I took it out of the box and turned it on. Super easy set-up. I've wasted money on 2 "generic" watches and wish I hadn't. Definitely a good buy if you want a no frills, basic fitness tracker, w/ ability to read texts and get call notifications.

For the price, this is a great buy. Since I have a Samsung phone, the apps that it uses were already installed on my phone. Plus, since it is not an off-brand, there are actually accessories for it like the snap on screen covers. The battery lasts a solid 2 weeks or more (I have it set to only turn on when I tap the screen, NOT when I move my arm) and it charges super fast. I forgot to charge and it alerted me pretty early in the day that the battery was low (only 4%). I managed to make it all the way until the end of the work day and it was still sending notifications. When I got home it was at 2%. Lots of watch faces, plus it allows you to use your own photos too. I gave it 4 stars only because I use the Verizon message app and apparently it is not compatible. It does at least notify me that I have a message and oddly enough allows me to send an auto response, but I can't actually see the message I'm responding to. Other than that, everything works great and I feel like it was a good purchase.

I love the size and shape of this watch. Looks better on my wrist than a circular one for sure. The interface is simple and the battery lasts well over 7 days (I don't allow continuous bpm). I have a Google Pixel phone and it was as simple as downloading the Samsung Health app and syncing. And the price cannot be beat!!!!

I've been a loyal Fitbit customer for over 10 years. In that time, I've literally had 6 Fitbits break just outside the warranty period. Nonetheless, I loved the functionality of the watch, and as an Android user, I felt I didn't have a lot of choices.After my last Fitbit broke and they offered me 25% off only their most expensive models, I decided to shop around. I didn't realize Samsung made a smaller, more budget friendly watch, so I was thrilled to find this.I like the size, it's not bulky at all. I love that I not only get call/text notifications, but also Facebook messenger. I do miss the voice to text responding option that my Fitbit had, but it isn't a deal breaker. There was a little bit of a learning curve after switching brands, but not much. The charge holds for about a week, depending on how many calls/notifications I get.I also noticed this is much more accurate than my old Fitbit Versa. That would count steps as I was driving if the road was bumpy (and I live in the Midwest so there are a LOT of potholes). This watch doesn't. Super happy with my purchase!

Got it for my better half. She loves it, she uses it as a tool to track her workout and steps. Tbh i think I might get one for myself as well.

I received the watch on July 13, 2024 and it worked great for the first two weeks or so, and then about week 3 I would notice that the watch was dead even though I would charge it in the morning while getting ready for work, around 8 am by 1pm it was completely dead. So I started charging it when I went to bed, and it would charge and say it was 100 percent by the afternoon it was completely dead again. It quit showing my messages or ringing when my phone rang, but then one day it did vibrate when I got a phone call, even though I answered the call it kept vibrating and wouldn't let cancel out of it. The screen was frozen, so I took it off waited for the battery to die, recharged it over night and the clock came up, but the screen was pretty dark so I tapped the screen to get it to go brighter, nothing. I tried swiping, nothing, left right, up, down, no response from the watch, couldn't turn it off , can't do anything with it, so I went to return it, and found that my ability to return ended the 12th of August, this was the 15th of August! I ama very loyal Samsung person, all my Tv's are by Samsung, as is my computer, every cell phone I have had in the past 15 years have all been Samsung's as well as all of my children's., so needless to say I am very disappointed in this product.
