An explosion of kimchi!
This product is very nice tasting, well fermenting kimchi. So much so, it’s amazing it didn’t explode! The jar I received, needed a hole punching in the lid, releasing some pressure so that I could get the lid off. However, even after that, there was a huge amount of pressure still in the jar. When I took the off, the contents exploded everywhere blasting a lot of the liquid all over my kitchen surfaces. It kept on bubbling for a while! My advice, would be to hole the list, put in the fridge and allow to slowly release the pressure redirecting to open it. It amazes me there is no warning on the jar. There should be and instructions to safely open the jar.
