I prefer Nature Made products. I have used them for years. What more can anyone say about vitamins. I take them because I feel I need to. They do not give me miraculous health. I prefer not to respond repeatedly on products every time I order them. I gets to be ridiculous.

Take because I was told it would help. I don't have any contraindications from it so I assume it's working

B Vitamins can help with Stress and Anxiety, and give you an energy boost, which is why I ordered these.But, you get an added bonus, when taking these (not specific to this brand). Your urine will turn glow in the daylight yellow. Do you remember those PAAS Easter egg dye tablets? The instructions said to mix them with vinegar for even brighter, more vibrant colors. Well, when you take these vitamins, it looks like you could dye Easter eggs with your urine.

I have been taking this B 100 complex by Nature Made for many, many years and no other product even comes close.I like that it does not contain Choline (a B vitamin) because Choline makes me hyper and I take B vitamins to keep me on an even keel.I like that these vitamins are time released and they are independently tested by USP so you know they contain what the label saysThe B6 greatly helps me with my water weight, B5 is the anti-stress vitamin, Niacin keeps down cholesterol and folic acid is primary if your planning on having a baby. Just to mention some of the great benefits of taking this product.Plus I saved a considerable amount of money by buying this 3 pack versus buying them individually.

I have stuck with this brand of "balanced B complex" for quite sometime. I read that you need a balance of the B vitamins a long time ago, so I searched for a brand that provided that, which this brand does.
